He has led an Army expedition to southern Chile, and then was asked to run the Mountain Trek aspect of Raleigh International’s Chile expedition the following year. He took on a loss making business in London to being the most profitable in the Group’s portfolio. He has worked for FMCG giants Unilever in the UK, and Global Mobile Telecommunications operator Vodafone in Australia.
He has held senior roles in General Management, Sales, Marketing and HR, which has given him an unique breadth of experience that other Executive Coaches may not have.
His experience as a leader, and one who has been led by both great and less great leaders, has confirmed his belief that “getting the people bit right” is vital to any success of an organisation.
